Used HOLZMA HPP-250 R Optimat 3200 Automatic Panel Saw (2006)
Type HPP250R/32/32
230 Volt 3 Phase 60 Hz.
Holzma, the world-leading beam saw manufacturer, has proven over the past 30 years that they are second to none when it comes to quality and value. The Optimat HPP 250 R CNC automatic panel saw continues this tradition. Providing the flexibility and high performance needed to ensure your success.
The Holzma Optimat HPP 250 R is up for any challenge with its unique “Silent Drive” and monorail saw carriage guidance system which delivers precise, chip-free, dimensionally-accurate cutting results regardless of whether you are stack cutting for maximum productivity or single sheet panel processing for maximum flexibility.
The Holzma Optimat HPP 250 R’s rugged design, featuring a 25 mm (1") steel machine bed coupled with a steel pressure beam, delivers the longevity one expects from the industry leader.
Pressure beam cutouts allow for a minimum last cut, with the clamps engaged, of 35 mm (1.38"). This, in conjunction with the central side alignment device and the dual action pneumatic program fence clamps, delivers square, accurate crosscut parts as small as 50 mm (2"). The unparalleled flexibility and rugged design help ensure your competitive edge by meeting the daily production demands which craftsmen face in today’s customer-driven, “just in time” environment with uncompromising quality for years to come.
Machine Features:
Full-Color Graphics Controller
The CADmatic control is based on a PC – System. The user-friendly controller allows the operator to easily operate the saw in automatic, semi-automatic, or manual mode with the simple stroke of the keyboard.
The PC is a Dell Personal Computer, with a 1.2 GHz/256 Kb, 128 Mb RAM, a 20 Gb Hard Disk Drive, CD – DVD drive, 56 Kb modem, on-line networking software, USB prts, 17" LCD flat panel color monitor, optical mouse, and standard keyboard.
The CADmatic control is designed to work seamlessly with optional “Cut Rite” optimizer and label printing software “Printer Integration Package”(P.I.P).
Electronic Program Fence
The Program Fence is equipped with (6) six pneumatic clamps that Holzma has specially designed with veneer overhang fingers. The dual action clamps help assure that the work piece is fully seated in the clamp prior to the operator initiating the cutting sequence. The first three clamps (clamps within the cross cut area) are equipped with two fingers, which provide additional clamping surface. The first clamp is positioned to accommodate narrow work pieces (as small as 50mm). The remaining three clamps are equipped with single fingers.
The Program Fence’s v-shaped roller bearings travel on hardened, round steel bars. The bars act as the weight-bearing surface while guiding the program fence as it is being driven by the center-mounted Servo Motor, through the dual rack and pinion drive system. The Program Fence automatically positions itself, as programmed by the operator, for the desired cutting sequence.
The Electro-magnetic, contact-free measuring system is maintenance-free and impervious to dust. These qualities eliminate wear items while assuring continued precision and dimensionally accurate results throughout the machine’s life cycle.
Rear support table is equipped with roller rail supports for safe and easy movement of the workpiece.
Saw Carriage
The CNC-controlled saw carriage, with its solidly designed rigid steel construction and the unique "Silent Drive" system allows the saw carriage to travel vibration free at high speed while being virtually silent and maintenance free (no lubrication required).
The "Silent Drive", in conjunction with the patented “Monorail” saw carriage guidance system (with hardened round steel guide ways), allows the saw unit to travel parallel to the cutting line ensuring quality, chip-free results.
Automatic Cutting Height
Automatic (infinitely adjusted) cutting height assures consistently accurate saw blade projection over a wide variety of book heights. Saw blade heights are identified automatically by sensors at the pressure beam to provide the most efficient height of cutting based on the book height.
Electronic Saw Carriage Speed
The saw carriage speed is easily adjusted via a potentiometer located at the control panel. An electronic inverter allows the operator full control over the saw carriage speed within the range of 16 to 266 FPM (5 to 80 M/min). Return speed is fixed at 266 FPM (80 M/min).
Saw Blade Mounting
Main and scoring saw blades are easily changed via the large access door with safety interlock and the Power-Lock quick-change system.
Motorized Scoring Adjustment
Motorized scoring adjustment system allows for quick adjustments to the scoring blade height and lateral alignments through the CADmatic controller.
Pneumatic Pressure Beam
The pneumatic torsion-free steel pressure beam applies uniform pressure allowing the panel(s) to be firmly held in place. The pressure beam features cut-outs, allowing for a minimum last cut of 35 mm (1.38") with the clamps engaged. If desired, one (1) additional cut may be performed after the clamps have been released and moved away from the cut line.
Automatic Cutting Length
The automatic material cutting length feature uses optical sensors to detect the completion of the desired cut. A signal is sent to stop the saw carriage and position itself for the next cut, if in automatic mode. Programming is not required. This feature allows for the most efficient cutting cycle time.
Air Flotation Support Tables
Three (3) large air tables (measuring 74” x 23" 1900 mm x 600 mm) featuring “easy load” front rollers and a central high-volume air blower allow the operator to easily maneuver heavy material. Each air table is equipped with a blast gate which provides the operator the flexibility to control the volume of air flowing to each air table.
Automatic Centralized Side Pressure Device
The “Automatic Centralized Side Pressure Device” is integrated within the saw carriage. This design reduces side aligner cycle time. As the saw carriage advances towards the work piece, the “Automatic Centralized Side Pressure Device” positions the work piece against the cross cut fence. The pressure beam is then lowered, the saw carriage advances, the “Centralized Side Pressure Device” retracts and the saw performs the desired cut. The working range of the “Centralized Side Pressure Device” is 0 mm minimum to a maximum of the saw cutting length. The pressure that the “Side Pressure Device” applies may be infinitely adjusted from the CADmatic control.
